Bursaries

Friends of Musicfest provide bursaries towards Musicfest tuition fees for students in full-time education. The number of bursaries available is limited, so it is essential you apply as soon as possible.

Bursaries range from £100 to £200.

Courses with fees of £395, students from the UK can receive up to £200; international students £150; students resident in Wales £250, and there are some full bursaries available for students from Ceredigion.

For courses with fees of £200, the bursary is £100 for the UK and £75 for overseas students. There will be bursaries of £150 for Welsh students.

Please complete the bursary application form and return to musicfest@aber.ac.uk or to Musicfest, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, Aberystwyth SY23 3DE. UK.  Successful applicants will be notified in due course and the bursary awarded will be paid directly to the Musicfest Office to offset tuition fees.

Friends of Musicfest Aberystwyth is a registered charity which exists to support students attending Musicfest who may not otherwise be able to afford to do so. More information about the Friends of Musicfest and how to join them can be found on the Friends of Musicfest page.
