Mindfulness for Musicians Course Online with Carola Emrich-Fisher Tuesday 14th July 2 – 3 PM Wednesday 15th July 2 – 3 PM Thursday 16th July 2 – 3 PM

Course Outline Mindfulness practice can have a profound effect on musicians’ performance and wellbeing. Mindfulness has been highly researched in the medical field and its benefits on stress reduction, pain management, as well as emotional and physical wellbeing are scientifically proven.
The course fee will be £90. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Participants should be over 18.
The teaching will be delivered online by Zoom. Zoom links will be sent by email the day before each session. Numbers will be limited so early booking is advised.
Carola Emrich-Fisher Carola Emrich-Fischer is an experienced Mindfulness Teacher, specialising in Mindfulness for Musicians. Carola also teaches the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, as well as Mindfulness for Singers and Performers (MfSP) in group and one to one settings. Carola also works as a freelance mezzo-soprano and adheres to the good-practice guidelines set by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teachers.
