Course One – Lifespan of the Voice
This course will look at the changes that occur in the larynx and respiratory system throughout the singer’s life. We will cover the anatomy and physiology of each stage and examine what these changes mean for the singing and speaking voices. Some ideas for teaching each age group will be considered with appropriate exercises discussed
13th July
Basic Anatomy and physiology of the voice. The voices of infants and children.
14th of July
The changing voice of both boys and girls.
15th of July
The more mature singer.
