‘Best of Ceredigion’ this concert is also in memeory of Phoebe Williams

A group of talented young musicians from Ceredigion will be performing, under the baton of Isobelle McGuinness.  Of a variety of ages, some have been in the National Youth Orchestra of Wales, some are in it now, and many of them have been students at Musicfest.
